Avoid sticky foods or excess sugar. You should also avoid consuming acidic beverages or citrus fruits as much as they can get out of tooth enamel.

    Along with brushing and flossing twice daily, it is important to keep in mind that toothbrushes should be replaced at least three to four times each year.

    These tips are very helpful thanks. I can also suggest one tip as recommended by my dentist at http://www.lovettdental.com. Its a home made easy to use remedy. Just take some cloves and mint, soak them in warm water and rub it on your teeth. I hope it works for others too!
